We're pleased to offer online shopping for our customers, with the option of completing your order and submitting it online with credit card information OR printing your online order and submitting it offline with a check, money order or credit card via fax or mail. PAYMENT METHODS: We accept Visa and Mastercard online and off, and offline you may also choose a personal/business check or a money order. Please note that your order will not be shipped until your check clears if you decide upon that particular payment method.

SHIPPING METHODS: We are able to ship via UPS or USPS (Us Mail). Our shopping cart allows you to choose your own shipping method/level of shipping (Next Day Air, Ground, Priority Mail, etc.) and you'll be able to see the cost before you place your order. We use recycled containers and packing materials whenever possible!

RETURNS: Birdsong Botanicals is sure you'll be thrilled with your order, so much so that we offer a money back guarantee...simply return the unused portion of your product within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the item cost and your original shipping cost to you...you will be responsible for return shipping costs. If you receive the wrong product due to our error (we try very hard to not make mistakes, but sometimes our humanness gets the best of us!) just let us know and we'll make things right straight away by sending you the correct item and a pickup tag for the wrong one. In cases where your humanness gets the best of YOU, we'll take back your unused item and refund you for the item cost or send you the item you really meant to order, but will not be able to refund the original shipping cost or pay for return shipping.

LEAD TIMES: Most online orders are shipped within one business day of receipt. If we expect any delay, we will let you know immediately. Your credit card (if you've chosen that payment method) will NOT be charged until your order is actually shipped. Offline orders send in via mail will be sent the business day after they are received unless you've paid with a personal/business check, in which case there will be a 7 day delay while we wait for your check to clear.

SECURITY MEASURES: We take great pride in keeping your information safe & secure. Once you hit the 'checkout' button after adding products to your cart you are transferred to a secure server. How can you tell? Easy...look in the 'Address' bar of your browser and you'll see that the URL starts with 'https'. Also, on the right hand side of the checkout page you'll see a little 'Secured by SSL' logo. SSL stands for Secure Socket Layer...how it works, according to www.worldstart.com:

"When you log onto a secure server (indicated by https) it communicates with your browser for a few seconds. During this communication, it sends your browser encryption information that only it and your browser can read. Once this encryption is set, it acts like a normal web page, except that all info coming or going is encrypted. This encryption makes it extremely difficult for any third party who would intercept the transaction to decipher it."

Your credit card information is stored on the server until we print it out...then it is promptly deleted.
