Digestion Restoration Tea

Chamomile, Fennel, Peppermint, Plantain

This broad-spectrum digestive support tea contains chamomile, fennel, peppermint, and plantain. This blend combines the bitter properties of chamomile, the demulcent and astringent properties of plantain, and the carminative properties of fennel, peppermint, and chamomile to stimulate digestive secretions and relax the smooth muscles of the GI tract to relieve any bloating or cramping after you’ve eaten. Plantain also supports the healing of the gut wall lining which is essentially an internal extension of your outer skin. To make an infusion, pour 1 cup of almost boiling water 1-2 tablespoons of herb and let steep with a covered lid for 10-15 minutes. Mason jars work great for this. Strain and enjoy!
